- Soak 3/4 cup of almonds in hot water for 15-20 mins. Peel off the skin and blend the almonds with 3/4 cup of milk to make a fine paste.
- Take a non stick pan and keep on low flame.
- Add ghee, almond paste, 1/2 - 3/4 cup of sugar (depending on the sweetness you want).
- Keep stirring for 30 mins till the mixture becomes thick in consistency.
- Allow to cool Transfer to a greased plate, flatten the lump with a rolling pin and then cut diamond shapes.
Delicious badam barfi is ready to be devoured. 🤤
