Oreo Cookie Brownie

Ingredients: 

300G Cadbury Milk Chocolate 

125G Butter 

 3 OREO Cookies Packets 

1 Cup Caster Sugar 

 3 Eggs 

 1/3 Cup Self Raising Flour

 1/3 Cup Cadbury Bournville Cocoa

 Greased and Paper lined Pan (28 x 18CM) 

Method 

Take Cadbury Milk Baking Chocolate and butter in a pan and melt on low heat. Finely chop 1 packet of Oreo cookies. Pour the baking chocolate and butter mixture in a bowl – add 1 cup of caster sugar and mix it well. Add 3 eggs in the batter and whisk it. Then add self-raising flour & Cadbury Bournville Cocoa through a strainer. Add the chopped Oreo cookies and mix the batter well. 

Take a Greased and Paper lined Pan (28 x 18CM) and pour the batter in it. Place full Oreo cookies in the batter and bake it at 170 degrees for 40-45 mins or until cooked.
